13 Apr Precision Contractors Awarded Ziggi’s Coffee in Thornton, CO
Precision Contractors is pleased to share we have been awarded an exciting new project that capitalizes on our quick service restaurant expertise.
The Precision team will be converting an existing 1,600 SF Papa John’s Pizza location into a new Ziggi’s Coffee franchise. The project is located on the northwest corner of East 120th Avenue and Steele Street in Thornton, CO.
In addition to the work that will transform the exterior and interior of the building, our team will be updating the parking lot surrounding the site, installing a drive-thru lane, and adding fresh landscaping.
Ziggi’s Coffee started as a single location in Longmont, CO, in 2004 and now has multiple locations in five states. Entrepreneur magazine included Ziggi’s Coffee on its 2021 list of top 500 franchises.
