Level 3 has been in this space for almost a decade and Precision Contractors did the original build out. When Level 3 decided to renew its lease with Boxer Property, the new project refreshed the space and added exam rooms and new office space. New locker rooms were also added to enhance the in-office experience for Level 3 patients.
