Precision Contractors recently broke ground in Parker, Colorado for one of three new Dutch Bros Coffee locations in the Denver Metro Area.
The Parker location is located just south of the Hickory House barbeque restaurant on the site of an old Wells Fargo drive-up location on South Parker Road. Our team demolished the bank building and construction has begun to bring the Dutch Bros Coffee experience to Parker. Dutch Bros Coffee is the largest, privately held drive-thru coffee company in the US. There are over 290 locations in seven states with more than 7,500 workers and the team at Precision is delighted to have been selected by Rogue Development for this project.
