Located on the northeast corner of Marksheffel Road and Constitution Avenue, directly across from a new King Soopers Marketplace, the nearly 10-acre development includes a diverse balance of new stand-alone and multi-tenant retail buildings.

Precision completed 8,500 SF of core and shell construction on Pad B. In addition, our team handled the excavation, civil engineering, storm water management and retention pond for the site. A 100+ space central parking lot was also part of this phase of the development on the project.
