Pad A is the second project that Precision Contractors has been awarded at the Sand Hill Retail Development. Our team completed a ground-up buildout for a different pad site and significant civil work for the development in 2021.
Precision is completing grading, utilities, civil work, and construction of a new multi-tenant retail building on Pad A.
