Pad A is the second project that Precision Contractors was awarded at the Sand Hill Retail Development. Precision completed grading, utilities, civil work, and construction of a new multi-tenant retail building on Pad A.
Our team also completed significant civil work and a built a different ground-up Sand Hill pad site in 2021.
