Grand Mere Restaurant Group has demolished an aging Pizza Hut restaurant and replacing the old structure with a new ground-up retail center. Precision Contractors has been selected as the general contractor to build this new 6,276 SF multi-tenant retail building on South Wilcox Street in Castle Rock, CO.

The project’s first phase added 1,649 SF of new construction next to the vintage Pizza Hut building. When the new Pizza Hut location became operational, Precision demolished the old restaurant, and the second phase of the project will add 4,627 SF of additional retail space to downtown Castle Rock.

Precision is also responsible for completing a range of horizontal sitework and civil engineering improvements to the site.
