Modular Manufacturer Partnerships

The relationship between the general contractor and the factory is central to successful modular delivery. Precision is an Authorized Builder Partner of Fading West, an established commercial modular manufacturer in Buena Vista, CO. That relationship provides direct factory access and better pricing visibility.

While Fading West is a key partner for Precision, manufacturer selection is still a project-specific decision. The right factory depends on the project itself, including building type, location, schedule, budget, and delivery requirements. Precision evaluates those factors and recommends manufacturing choices that best fit each job.

What Precision Brings to Modular Construction

The work in the factory and on the site has to move in parallel to maximize the value that modular offers a project.
