How We Approach Modular Delivery

Modular construction works best when the manufacturer, architect, engineer, general contractor, and owner are aligned from the start of preconstruction. Precision manages the full site scope and often serves as the central point of coordination across the project, including civil work, foundations, utility infrastructure, factory and site schedule alignment, module set coordination, MEP completion, and finish work through certificate of occupancy.

Manufacturer Partnerships

The relationship between the general contractor and the factory is central to successful modular delivery. While Fading West is a key partner for Precision, manufacturer selection is still a project-specific decision.
