09 Apr Precision Completes Ground Up Build of Parker Dutch Bros Coffee
Coffee lovers in the south Denver metro area have a new stop to add to their list! The latest Dutch Bros Coffee in Colorado opens this Friday morning (April 10, 2020) on south Parker Road in Parker, just south of the Hickory House barbeque restaurant.
Because the statewide “stay-at-home” directive from Colorado’s governor to combat coronavirus is currently in place through April 26, the new Parker location will only be serving delicious Dutch Bros drinks through their drive-up window for now.
To celebrate helping make Dutch Bros Coffee a part of the Parker community, Precision will be donating Dutch Bros gift cards to the staff at Parker Adventist Hospital and three South Metro Fire stations near the new location. We know our first responders and health care professionals are working overtime right now, so we’re happy to take care of some Dutch Bros coffee runs.
Dutch Bros is generously donating all April profits to #FirstRespondersFirst campaign to support health care workers during the pandemic.
The first phase of the Parker project involved having our team remove an unused bank branch building. Once the old structure had been demolished, the Precision team completed all of the civil engineering, construction, and other components needed to bring Dutch Bros Parker to life.
This ground up project is the second Dutch Bros Coffee project our team has completed with Rogue Development, LLC. We have two additional Dutch Bros locations in the works; we are finishing up the Conifer location and getting ready to break ground for a new Aurora site.
