16 Dec Precision Contractors Awarded New Ground-Up Construction Project
Precision Contractors is pleased to announce we have been awarded a new ground-up multi-family building by QOF Investments. The project is located near the intersection of E. Mississippi Ave. and S. Sable Blvd. in Aurora, Colorado.
The completed structure will be a new 24-unit, three-story building with a design that mirrors the other nearby multi-family units in the neighborhood. Our team has already finished clearing and grubbing the site and has started excavation for underground utilities. The 24 units in the building will be a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The Precision team is completing all the civil work for the site, including excavation, utilities, grading, compaction, concrete, and flatwork.
Once our team finalizes the civil construction work, they will complete the wood framing, roofing, and interior finishes necessary to deliver our client’s new apartments to the Aurora community.
Our team spent a great deal of time working with the owner to value engineer the project’s scope to maximize the overall construction budget.
