22 Dec Precision Contractors Completes Slab & Foundation at Sand Hill in Colorado Springs, CO
Precision Contractors recently completed the slab for a ground-up retail center our team is building in the new Sand Hill development in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Now that the foundation and slab are ready, Precision Contractors will begin work on the core and shell for Sand Hill’s first multi-tenant building. The site will be subdivided into suites ranging from approximately 1,500 – 2,500 sq. ft later in the project.
Sand Hill is a new multi-unit retail project that is being developed by Denver-based commercial retail developer Armstrong Capital Development. The project is located on the eastern side of the city at the northeast corner of Constitution Avenue and Marksheffel Road.
The Precision team is also working on a substantial amount of the horizontal sitework for the project. Our team is completing site preparation, civil engineering, and a 100+ space central parking field, in addition to the retail core and shell.
The other significant component of the project Precision is responsible for is a storm retention pond to serve the western side of the development.
