26 Jun Precision Starts Work on Second Denver Metro Dutch Bros Coffee
Precision Contractors has begun work on a new site in Thornton, Colorado for Dutch Bros Coffee. This is the second Dutch Bros location Precision is building in the Denver Metro Area. Our team is also currently working on the Parker location in the south part of the metro area.
The Thornton site is located just west of I-25 on W 84th Ave and will bring a 23-year-old vacant lot back to life. A gas station was the last use of this site back in the 1990s. The team has completed extensive environmental remediation on the lot and we’re excited to bring this cool project out of the ground.
Dutch Bros Coffee is the largest, privately held drive-thru coffee company in the US. There are over 290 locations in seven states with more than 7,500 workers and the team at Precision is pleased to take the lead in bringing Dutch Bros Coffee to the Denver area.
