Foundation is complete at Aravalli Heights in Parker, Colorado

The foundation is complete at Aravalli Heights on Pony Express Drive in the Town of Parker, Colorado, and we received our first delivery of structural steel today. Next week, our team will begin steel erection, marking the moment when a project truly starts to take shape.

When it’s finished, Aravalli Heights will bring a modern two-story retail center to the Parker community. It will feature a gas station, a convenience store, a wine shop, a liquor store, and an ice cream shop. The project will not only add new retail options to the neighborhood but also create jobs and contribute to the continued growth of the Parker community.
