12 Apr Precision Contractors Awarded Pizza Hut Redevelopment Project
2021 continues to be a productive year for Precision Contractors. Our team has been selected by Kansas-based Grand Mere Restaurant Group as the general contractor for a retail redevelopment project in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Grand Mere Restaurant Group plans to build a new 6,276 SF multi-tenant retail building on the lot on South Wilcox Street where Castle Rock’s Pizza Hut is currently located.
The first phase of the project will add 1,649 SF of new construction next to the current Pizza Hut building. The endcap of the new location will be a brand-new Pizza Hut store with a drive-thru window. Once the new Pizza Hut is up and running, Precision will demolish the existing restaurant and add a 4,627 SF addition to the first phase to complete the retail building.
In addition to the ground-up construction for the new space, Precision is responsible for completing a range of horizontal sitework and civil engineering improvements to the site.
